FAQ
When is the retreat?
The retreat begins on arrival day, Nov 30th and ends on December 5th. You will need to plan your arrival to Tulum International Airport by 1pm on November 30th.
Do I need a visa?
All foreign visitors, regardless of their nationality, traveling to Mexico for tourism, business or in transit to another destination, are exempt from presenting a Mexican visa as long as they have a valid visa issued by any the following countries: Canada, Japan, the United States of America, the United Kingdom or any of the countries comprising the Schengen Area.
If you do not have any of these visas, you will need to obtain a visa prior to travelling to Mexico.

You can see the costs and room packages here
What do I need to bring?
A full packing list will be shared with you a few of weeks before the retreat begins. Just remember your mosquito repellent spray!
Do I need to be really fit or really good at yoga to join?
Our activities are suitable for all fitness levels, and can be adapted to suit the group level. Remember, we do this together ladies! Although we do like to challenge ourselves, you don’t need to be a gym bunny or a super yogi to take part in our daily group activities.
Do I need any vaccines?
There are no vaccinations required for entry to Mexico but short-term travellers are recommended to receive vaccination cover for Tetanus (childhood booster), Typhoid (food and water-borne) and Hepatitis A (food & water borne). For those undertaking a trekking holiday (or those who will live in the region for some months) vaccinations for Mexico may include cover against Rabies (animal bites), Meningococcal Meningitis (air borne) and Hepatitis B (accidents) may need to be considered.
Standard tourists should have their initial consultation for vaccinations for Mexico at least 6 weeks in advance of departure.
What is the currency and how much cash should I bring?
The currency is the Mexican Peso. ATMs are widely available in Tulum, and cards are accepted in most stores. Almost all of your expenses are covered within the trip, apart from spending money, and any meals unaccounted for outside of the accommodation and tips. You can easily exchange money at the airport on arrival, or in your home country before you fly. A good amount of cash to have handy would be approx USD200. You can easily withdraw more later on in the trip.

No, Soulful Retreats does not provide air travel. However, we can recommend flights with the best arrival/departure times for the trip.
